HAITI TEAM UPDATE as of 2/24

Hi all!

Reverend Ken Whitten called me earlier with a brief update on the team. They are all doing well. Initially some doctors were flying from California to meet up with the team. Yet, the NE team had to reroute to the Dominican Republic again, therefore causing some glitches. OUR God is well able and faithful, the California doctors flew direct into Port Au Prince and eventually connected with Rev Ken and the NE team.

Thet team consists of 2 Doctors and 4 Nurses, a total of 8 individuals. Today, they  saw over 200 people in a place called Leagoan (spelling?? sorry). This area has NOT received any assistance and is a "tent city" due to homes destroyed. People suffered various conditions in which one young mother and her 20 day old baby were taken to the hospital. Due to the severity of the problem, were put on IV and dropped off at the hospital.

Tomorrow (2/25) the team is returning to Leagon area to minister in a clinic between 2 other "tent cities". Please continue to pray for the teams, their families, and for all the hurting people of Haiti.

Bless you all in Christ Jesus,

IN CHRIST ALONE,
